Author Guidelines

  • 1. General Requirements

    • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
    • The manuscript should be written in clear and concise English.
    • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content, including data, references, and citations.

    2. Manuscript Structure

    Manuscripts should be prepared in the following structure:

    • Title: Clear, concise, and informative.
    • Abstract: Written in one paragraph (150–250 words), summarizing the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
    • Keywords: 3–5 keywords representing the main topics.
    • Introduction: Background, research problem, and objectives.
    • Methods: Research design, data collection, and analysis techniques.
    • Results and Discussion: Findings and their interpretation.
    • Conclusion: Summary of findings and recommendations.
    • References: List of cited works.

    3. Formatting Guidelines

    • Manuscripts should be typed in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
    • Use A4 paper size with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.
    • Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.
    • Length of manuscript: 5,000–8,000 words (including references).
    • All pages must be numbered consecutively.

    4. Citation and References

    • Authors should use a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, IEEE, or Chicago as specified by the journal).
    • All references cited in the text must be listed in the reference section.
    • Authors are encouraged to use recent and relevant references.

    5. Tables and Figures

    • Tables and figures must be clearly labeled and numbered consecutively.
    • Each table and figure must have a title and source (if applicable).
    • Ensure high-quality images suitable for publication.

    6. Submission Process

    • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system (OJS).
    • Authors must complete all required metadata during submission.
    • A confirmation email will be sent after successful submission.

    7. Peer Review Process

    • All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process.
    • The review process is conducted using a double-blind review system.
    • Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments.

    8. Plagiarism Policy

    • All manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using appropriate software (e.g., Turnitin or iThenticate).
    • Manuscripts with a high similarity index will be rejected.

    9. Author Fees

    • This journal does not charge any submission or publication fees (free of charge).

    10. Copyright

    • Authors retain copyright of their work.
    • By submitting the manuscript, authors grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the work.
